Ethics Conference Set for UK

The Institute of Communication Ethics has issued a call for papers for its annual conference on Wednesday, 28 October, 2009 at Coventry University.  The theme for this year’s event is “I’m an Ethicist. . . get me out of here’:  Communication, celebrity and conscience in a global media age.”  Papers can cover a number of issues about ethcial communication standards and practices, as well as case studies of celebrity coverage, promotion in contrasting cultures or the impact of social media.  For more information, go to www.communicationethics.net.
