You will recognise the picture: Fixed corporate cultures that are a legacy of the industrial age. Inflexible bureaucracies. Top-down management style. The ‘Boys’ Club’.
These are just a few of the symptoms of the old-world corporate order. Corporate hierarchies were not designed to empower radical change. Rather they were designed to maintain the status quo.
And so, change often comes from within, from independent thinkers who see old problems with new eyes. And that means corporate rebels – those who break the shackles of business-as-usual.
In her presentation Celine will explain how she broke the status quo to create culture change across an organisation facing the problems many of our organisations face today.
