THESE ARE DISRUPTIVE TIMES
Robert outlines that despite perceptions, we are not ‘under-fire’. Rather, we are operating in an evolving, ambiguous environment in which many see a ‘consistent failure quite to achieve our goals’.
DISRUPTION IS NOT SOMETHING WE ‘COPE’ WITH
Robert explains that disruption is not something we ‘cope’ with, actually, it is something we should strive for in order to make sense of our current reality and to move forwards, productively.
WE ARE CO-CREATORS OF CHANGE
In which he outlines that the expectation of some leaders that the ‘younger others’ are the rockstars who will drive change, is incorrect. The only way forwards to to co-create.
