16 January at 2 p.m. CET
This FREE webinar will cover techniques to apply to make sure you’re working according to a global standard, even in the most challenging and non-communicative of environments. It will include pre-communication planning conversations, designing ‘digestible’ communication plans and will share templates for audience-message frameworks that have been proven to change the perception of the communication planning process.
In this session, you will learn:
- The benefits of a relentless focus on audience-based, outcome-focused communication.
- The right questions to ask and the elements to focus on to make sure you can build a communication plan (even if you never show it to anyone)
- The communication process ‘revelation’ (including two tried-and-tested templates for participants to take away)
