Around the world, government employs thousands of people. It’s no different in the UK where, according to the Office for National Statistics, 5.4 million people are public sector employees – that’s 8% of the total population or the same as the entire population of Scotland. 1.6 million people work for the NHS alone.
So how does one manage the internal communication for that large an employee group, let alone all your stakeholders?
