The first day is so-called Conference Day with the IABC and local speakers. With the theme of “Step up your communications game”, we hope all of you will be inspired and will learn something new. This event is open to all comms professionals to show what AIBC is about to the Nordic region. So if you know someone who works in Comms and is based in the Nordics – make sure you invite them to this event.

Not to mention that there are some fun things to do in Vilnius while we all are here.

Strategic narrative for change communications. Led by Stuart Maister
This workshop focuses on the core story which underpins your change communications. Get this right and you achieve three key outcomes: clarity, as everyone understands; alignment, as the leaders and their teams are pointing in the same direction behind an agreed narrative; and leadership – because there is a focused direction which has a story in which people can believe. In this workshop Chief Storyteller Stuart Maister will take you through a process to help you develop this story. You will get at least one great idea to take away – and may be able to write the story of change you need to tell.
Taking the Communications career forward
This roundtable discussion on how can you take your communications profession forward. Led by Mike Klein, Communications consultant and author, IABC EMENA Chair. The Workshop day will be followed by meeting and networking with other fellow communicators, and finding out about how IABC can help you to develop your career.
