Are you crisis ready?

With 18 months of pandemic turmoil and the daily occurrence of other types of crises, crisis readiness is perhaps a more suited description and label of the discipline than Crisis Management. What makes an organisation crisis ready? Do you know whether yours is crisis ready? and how do you develop crisis readiness for your organisation? Finally, once ready, is that state of readiness permanent or fluctuating? Crisis readiness is not a destination, it’s a journey that needs regular attention and tweaking to address our ever-changing risk landscape.

In our September Connect session, Caroline Sapriel, global expert in crisis management, will lead a discussion on this critical topic that should be embedded in corporate management systems.

Meet the speaker – Caroline Sapriel

Caroline is a seasoned international crisis resilience professional with over 25 years of experience in risk, crisis and business continuity management and has extensive expertise in crisis communication.

Caroline is an accomplished coach, trainer and facilitator in her field and is acknowledged industry-wide for her ability to provide customised, results-driven counsel at the highest level of organisations across industry sectors globally.

Caroline regularly speaks at international conferences and seminars on risk and crisis management. She lectures on crisis management at the University of Antwerp’s Safety Science Faculty Graduate programme and has lectured at the graduate school of public administration of Leiden University.
