FREE webinar: What happens in the textbook stays in the textbook: Thriving as a communicator when no one wants communication ‘by the book’
16 January 2017 | 14:00 - 15:00 CETFree
It is holiday season and 2016 is coming to an end. Get a fresh start in 2017 and join us for a free webinar on 16 January 2017 at 2 p.m. CET.
Join IABC EMENA’s guest speaker Neil Griffiths, ABC, Chart.PR, as he shares his view on thriving as a communicator when no one wants communication ‘by the book’ in his webinar What happens in the textbook stays in the textbook.
This webinar will cover techniques to apply to make sure you’re working according to a global standard, even in the most challenging and non-communicative of environments. It will include pre-communication planning conversations, designing ‘digestible’ communication plans and will share templates for audience-message frameworks that have been proven to change the perception of the communication planning process.
In this session, you will learn:
- The benefits of a relentless focus on audience-based, outcome-focused communication.
- The right questions to ask and the elements to focus on to make sure you can build a communication plan (even if you never show it to anyone)
- The communication process ‘revelation’ (including two tried-and-tested templates for participants to take away)
