One of the major causes of project failure is said to be poor communication, but how much better could our communication be if we adopted some project management principles? This introduction to project management sets out to cut through the jargon and show how we can all benefit from some project management. It isn’t all about spreadsheets and Gantt charts! If you are a communicator working on a change project, there will also be advice on how you can support the project most effectively.
In this webinar, you will learn:
• The basic principles behind good project management;

• Why project management is fundamental to successful change management initiatives.
