She is an IABC Fellow and a certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP). Zora is also a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute\, a certified practising marketer and company director\, and a partner at Mirror Mirror Alignment\, a Netherlands-based consultancy specialising in team alignment and collaboration. \nAs a Research Fellow with The Team Flow Institute\, Zora works with international experts to explore the future of human work\, focusing on responsible AI adoption and its impact on collaboration\, connection\, and sustained team performance.
