Tatiana is an International Human Resources Professional with strategic and operational experience at leading companies in different sectors such as Bel Group, Orange Business Services, LVMH Fashion Group, Jacadi Paris and GlaxoSmithKline. She has experience in both Human Resources (HR) and Communications and has researched the use of social media in HR management, particularly in recruitment and selection. Fluent in English, French and Spanish, her specialties include Global Project Management, Internal Communications, HR Management, Intercultural Communications and Talent Management.
Eileen is a B2B consultant working in emerging business-technology innovation (e.g. smart cities, urban mobility, Internet of Things). She combines an executive master’s degree in change consulting and coaching from HEC Paris and Oxford SBS with broad management experience in business communications and marketing. Her work has helped shaped C-level dialogue and thought leadership to influence policy and socio-economic development internationally. An advocate of hands-on learning for personal and collective development, she is a member of The Change Leaders, a global community of change practitioners.
She has also been a volunteer leader with IABC France since 2012. As current chapter president, she is piloting a collaborative leadership structure and program-centric strategy for the organisation to create professional development opportunities for volunteer leaders and members alike.
Tom is a professional with over 20 years experience in strategic corporate communications in an international environment. His scope includes public relations, employee and marketing communications.
His main competencies are in planning and executing strategic communication initiatives; creating and executing media relations and B2B marketing communications plans; integrating employees new to an organization through acquisitions, restructuring or hiring; using communication to ensure change management programs are successful; and running effective employee communication programs as tools for employee motivation and engagement.
Tom’s global and broad experience has given him the capacity not only to create and develop integrated and strategic communication plans but also to ensure the execution of the plans. In addition, his personal core skills of empathy, authentic listening and building relationships have allowed him to hone the corporate communication competencies necessary to effectively inform, influence and inspire stakeholders.
Claudia is a marketing communications specialist with 15 years experience in international B2B environments. She has worked in the USA, Italy and France. She is currently in charge of global Market Research & Customer Experience at Eutelsat SA, one of the world's leading satellite operators. In her capacity she is responsible of global measurement of the satellite fleet audiences, as well as developing a Customer Experience Management (CEM) program, based on evidence that customer experience and communication are deeply intertwined. She is also the team leader of the universal exhibition Expo Milano 2015 sponsorship.
Operating at the heart of the media, broadcasting and satellite industry, she is keen on all innovations that are redefining the way we communicate, from Social Media to Connected TV. In 1998, she has launched worldwide the TV Files brand (one of the first IP content distribution platforms via satellite).
Claudia is a long-time member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and has exercised several leadership roles within the association. After having served as Chapter President in France (2012-2013) and director-at-large on the European Board (2013-2014), she has recently joined the International Executive board (IEB) for a three-year mandate.
Andrew is a lecturer, freelance journalist and speaker coach who teaches workshops and courses about communication for companies, business school and universities where he speaks about networking, influencing, writing, speaking, presenting, intercultural management and leadership. As a freelancer he writes mostly about social media, technology, innovation, culture and crisis communication. He also ghost-writes articles and speeches for busy people and is the author of the book “Payforward Networking”.
As a speaker coach he coaches individuals and groups and is both a TEDx speaker coach and a Startup Weekend pitch coach. He has worked in the UK, Italy, France and Sweden and speaks English, Italian and French. Currently he is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and is learning Swedish. Previously he lived in Aix-en-Provence and continues to work in France, teaching at the IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and in workshops for French customers.
One of fewer than 1,200 people in the world to earn the Accredited Business Communicator (ABC) credential from IABC, Kristen is a strategic communicator and professional affairs specialist. Since 2008 she has been a Consulting Partner at Prospero & Partners, an independent consultancy helping food and agriculture organizations to create value sustainably. She is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (EDBA) at the Université Paris Dauphine, where her research focuses on sense-making related to emerging agricultural technologies.
In the past, she has served as a director-at-large on IABC’s International Executive Board, as chair of what was then the Europe and Middle East Region and in many other leadership roles at the chapter, regional and international levels of the organization. Why is Kristen actively involved? “My objective for this year is to help members use the Global Standard embodied in the IABC Gold Quill program and the new certification program to enhance their value as professionals. My motivation for volunteering is to constantly improve my abilities to have an impact on people and organizations and not just be busy without seeing any results.”
Kasha started her career working for TBWA as a project manager for the Nissan account. She has always worked in a very international environment where understanding other cultures is paramount to ensure that communication projects and campaigns succeed. Having worked on both agency and client side, she was Corporate Communications Director of Faiveley Transport, an equipment supplier for the railway industry and is currently head of Business Communciation at Bureau Veritas.
She holds a BA (Hons) in European Business from Oxford Brookes University and the ESC de la Rochelle and an MA in Internet Marketing & Communications from the Léonard de Vinci University, Paris. When she is not fussing about messaging, you can find her at the opera and the ballet or networking with like minded internationals.
