One of Denmark’s leading change management consultants, Microsoft’s Martin Risgaard Rasmussen will join us at EuroComm18 to give a talk on “Communication and Technology – The Yin and Yang of the modern workplace.”
Martin will address the issue of evolution in organizational culture from a communications perspective. He’ll share insights on what the digital transformation means for the communication professional, how communicators can play an active role in defining the digital landscape, and why they should be actively involved in setting both the online and the offline agenda.
During his presentation Martin will also share his experiences of working on reversing the trend of focusing on tools to instead promoting new ways of working through the use of productivity scenarios and structured change management.
