Earlier this month, 100+ communication leaders came together in Brussels for the second Communication Leadership Summit. The unconference format brought real energy – no panels, no passive listening, just conversations that mattered.
This wasn’t just a conference. It was a call to action: step up, get accredited, lead with confidence, and claim the influence our organisations need.
What stood out was the calibre of the room and the quality of the dialogue. In the sessions I facilitated, we moved quickly from identifying challenges to defining the actions needed to drive change.
