After the interminable month of January, February seems to pass in a flash! I hope you’ve had a great month.
Earlier this week saw the launch of our new Nordics community, co-led by Ellen Summey and David Baldwin Friedman, with an online event and Mike Klein as guest speaker. Mike spoke about what he calls The Big Shift: the three forces that are colliding to fundamentally reshape how organisations operate, the convergence of which gives internal communication professionals “the business case we’ve never had before”.
The Nordics community evolves our model slightly, representing a region within the region rather than a single city or locale. Communications professionals there face shared challenges unique to the Nordics, and this new community will offer support, connection, and a stronger IABC EMENA presence.

Our Berlin community also connected on Friday for an informal exchange of perspectives and ideas over coffee. These events and touchpoints keep our communities alive and thriving, so thank you to all of our Community Leads for everything they do.
Earlier this month, London Unfiltered returned for its third sellout event. Once again, the feedback has been fantastic, and the fourth edition is already set for Tuesday, 30 June. Save the date — tickets will go on sale nearer the time.
