Technology is certainly changing our roles as communicators. New tools emerge to assist with content creation, task automation, and more. Collaboration and engagement are becoming easier. However, it will be increasingly important to actively listen, keep the human touch, and strategically guide teams and leaders through the uncertainty of digital change. It’s on us to build a bridge between people and technology. Staying curious will be essential.
