We’ve leapt into the new year with a feast of events—Paris, Berlin, Lisbon, online, and this week, The Hague! We even held our first in-person board day in Paris and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® strategy session hosted by Chared Verschuur.
At each event, our focus has been on connection. It was a joy to co-host an online mentoring session with IABC UK&I President Eduvie Martin, featuring group mentoring. The magic happens when we share our expertise.
The global political climate feels overwhelming, but what we can do is strengthen local communities and support those making a difference. That’s why seeing our first Berlin Gift of Communication come to life on 30 January at Zalando was heartwarming—seven charities, 30 professionals, and pro bono consulting in two languages to create impact. A special highlight: Olha Boiko, who attended, has stepped into the role of IABC Community Lead Berlin (non-board)!
