Kathryn Kneller, SCMP® (France/United Kingdom)

Chair

Kathryn Kneller SCMP has over 15 years’ experience helping leaders some of the world’s biggest companies to communicate more effectively. She has held senior comms roles at companies including AstraZeneca, Unilever, and Shell, and has helped two different CEOs to be named “Most Trusted by Employees” on Glassdoor while she was managing their internal communications.

She also runs Internal Comms Mastery, an online resource platform helping communications professionals to do great work, make an impact and build brilliant careers. As well as being a trained coach, she is a lecturer in both the history of advertising and in stakeholder relations at ISCOM, France’s top university for communications professionals.

She has a First in English Literature from Cambridge and splits her time between London and the Dordogne. Her great passions are travel, cooking, wine, live music, and her faithful dog Rosie.

Rachael Pearson (United Kingdom)

Vice Chair

Rachael has spent over a decade helping the world’s biggest brands engage their audiences and deliver meaningful results through unforgettable live events and comms campaigns. 

From crafting global CEO keynotes to developing interactive breakouts for large-scale conferences and immersive brand experiences, she’s passionate about bringing audiences closer to the content – and the action. Having trained as a journalist, her passion is finding stories that move people. 

She joins the IABC EMENA board having served for six years on the UK&I Chapter’s board, holding roles including President and Treasurer, and is based in London.

Simon Cavendish, SCMP® (United Kingdom)

Past Chair

Simon is an internal communication, change and engagement consultant, and has been actively involved in IABC since 2019, most recently serving as Past President of the UK & Ireland chapter.

Since 2007, Simon has worked with a diverse range of global and multinational organisations in more than 20 countries, across four continents. 

Never happier than when he’s supporting change programmes – the more complex, the better! – Simon has worked with, among others, E.ON, Transport for London, Freshfields, Springer Nature, and IKEA. Simon is based in London, UK.

Eduvie Martin (United Kingdom)

Board Director, Communities

Eduvie is a strategic communications leader and sought-after speaker with nearly two decades of global experience. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPR and served on the IABC UK and Ireland board for 6 years, including as President. She is Vice Chair of the IABC Program Advisory Committee and was named IABC Chapter Leader of the Year in 2025.

At British American Tobacco (BAT), she leads campaigns reaching 30,000 colleagues across 200 markets. She is also Executive Director of Africa’s biggest comic book studio, Comic Republic, where she led their PR for a Universal Studios TV licensing deal and a Meta partnership on misinformation.

Her honours include Internal Communications Professional of the Year at the Google-sponsored Pro Awards and Most Influential Person of African Descent (2026). She is based in London, UK.

Shan Chatoo (United Kingdom)

Board Director, Executive Secretary and Treasurer

Shan is a global internal communications director with 25 years in the profession, and has been a member of IABC for two years. She has worked across law, oil and gas, professional services, financial services, facilities management and engineering, leading communications through mergers, restructures and the kind of change that tests whether a culture is real or just written down.

Never happier than when she is untangling a business problem that everyone has decided is a communications problem, Shan believes the job is to listen hard, tell leaders the truth rather than what they want to hear, and build the conditions where people can do their best work. She lives in the South Downs with her two children and a dog called Luna.

Fady Ramzy (Egypt)

Board Director, Recognition

Fady Ramzy is an executive opportunity architect helping CEOs, board members, and business leaders turn their expertise into influence, online visibility, and measurable business growth. With more than 28 years of international experience, Fady operates at the intersection of Technology, Human Behavior, and Strategic Communication, designing personal brand ecosystems that convert authority into opportunity. He is an adjunct faculty member at the American University in Cairo, and works with business leaders from international organizations globally

As an international speaker, he delivered keynotes at conferences in Rome, Dubai, Sharjah, Riyadh, Manama, Tunis, Kuwait, Nairobi, Manila, and others. He is a regular media commentator featured on CNN, BBC, SkyNews Arabia, DW Arabic, and more.

Lamar Williams (France)

Lamar Williams is Head of Strategic Partnerships at Sociabble, a Poppulo company, where he leads the global partnerships program, working with consulting firms, technology partners, and industry organisations to drive business growth and create lasting value for customers and partners. Based in Paris, he brings extensive international experience in business development, alliance management, and digital workplace solutions. 

As Membership Director for the IABC EMENA Region Board, Lamar is passionate about strengthening member engagement, growing the regional community, and creating meaningful opportunities for communications professionals across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa to connect, learn, and thrive.

Olha Boiko (Germany/Ukraine)

Board Director, Communications

Olha Boiko is a communications and employer branding leader with more than a decade of international experience across corporate communications, public relations, marketing and employee experience. She has led brand and communications functions and now advises organisations on employer brand strategy, reputation and engagement. Her work has received recognition, including the Davos Digital PR Awards’ Leader of the Future and Employer Brand Leader of the Year. 

Olha has judged the IABC Gold Quill Awards, Transform Awards Europe and Employer Brand Management Awards. A CIPR-qualified professional and Oxford Saïd Corporate Affairs Academy alumna, she serves as Communications Director for IABC EMENA.

Ruxandra-Laura Bosilca, SCMP® (Belgium)

Board Director, Sponsorship & Partnerships

Ruxandra-Laura Bosilca, Ph.D., SCMP® is a global communication leader who helps mission-driven organizations communicate with clarity, confidence, and credibility. For more than 13 years, she has advised EU institutions, international nonprofits, and research organizations across five countries on communication strategy, brand building, and reputation management.

At IABC EMENA, Ruxandra leads the Sponsorships and Partnerships portfolio, building strategic relationships that strengthen the region’s growth, visibility, and impact. Before that, she led IABC’s Belgium community, growing a network of 120+ communication professionals and creating opportunities for industry dialogue, peer learning, and career development. Ruxandra also serves on the Global Communication Certification Council (GCCC) Board, shaping global certification standards and advancing professional excellence in communication.

Sharon O’Dea (Netherlands)

Board Director, Professional Development

Sharon O’Dea is a digital communication, internal communications and employee experience specialist, and co-founder of Lithos Partners, a consultancy helping organisations improve how they communicate, connect and work. She and her team advise some of the world’s best-known and most complex organisations, including global banks, world-leading universities, and governments. She previously led digital communications in-house at Standard Chartered.

Her work focuses on the channels, content and communication practices that shape employees’ everyday experience of work. She is co-author of Digital Communications at Work (Kogan Page, 2026), a LinkedIn Top Voice, and speaks regularly at conferences across Europe.

British-Irish by birth, Sharon is a keen traveller, world explorer and language learner. When not on the road, she’s based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
