Hi everyone,
July has been a busy month, with the Board coming together for its strategy session to determine our focus for the year.
The most important thing for me is that we maintain our focus on providing value for our members and friends of IABC – those who may not yet be members, but who support our events. It’s my hope that the better the events, the more likely we are to grow our membership and bring an even more diverse range of voices and insights into the association at a regional level. I’m also excited to explore potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities, as these can bring value both in terms of great content for our members, as well as revenue that can be invested into even more events – a win-win.
We’re already working on our event line-up for the autumn, and we have plenty to look forward to – with events shaping up in Warsaw, Brussels, London, and Berlin. It’s shaping up to be another busy year for IABC EMENA. Which is just the way we like it! In other news, we’re on the lookout for a new Community Lead in Belgium. Now that Ruxandra-Laura Bosilca has joined our Board, she’s understandably ready to hand over the reins.
