Free – €18Bridging AI and Human Connection: Guiding Hybrid Teams to Align and Thrive
As AI transforms the workplace, communication leaders are uniquely positioned to guide organisations through the ethical and responsible adoption of new technologies.
In hybrid work environments, AI offers powerful opportunities to enhance collaboration, engagement, and connection—but only when used thoughtfully to support trust, inclusion, and shared purpose.
This roundtable discussion will explore the pivotal role communication leaders play in shaping the future of work. Through their expertise in fostering alignment and building human connection, communication professionals can ensure that AI is an enabler of sustained team performance, not a disruptor.
Join us at our communication and corporate affairs roundtable discussion to explore how you can take the lead in aligning people, technology, and purpose to thrive in this new era.
Why it matters:
Hybrid work has introduced new ways of working, but it also risks disengagement, misalignment, and stress. Ethical AI adoption offers a chance to address these challenges – creating opportunities for greater collaboration and sustained performance without sacrificing well-being. By leveraging AI to enhance human connection rather than replace it, communication leaders can ensure their teams stay connected, aligned, and resilient.
This session will explore practical strategies for leading in this evolving landscape and ensuring technology is a tool for positive transformation.
What we’ll explore:
- Insights into ethical AI adoption and how it can support trust, inclusion, and connection.
- Strategies for communication leaders to guide hybrid teams through alignment and change.
- Practical tools to sustain performance and engagement without compromising well-being.
This roundtable discussion hosted by IABC EMENA will inspire and equip you to be central to shaping hybrid ways of working with AI and human connection.
Your ticket includes light refreshments.
Tickets are limited so please register to secure your spot.
