Sally Jackson currently works for National Grid in the UK, heading up the Group Content and Channels team, and has almost 20 years of experience in colleague communications, change, and business consultancy across a range of industries. She is passionate about planning, measurement, and digital channels, and above all, creating engaging, simple, accessible, and audience-focused content. Sally has an interest in other European languages and cultures, has spent time studying and working in France, and is learning Spanish at present. She is also a fitness fanatic and is training to run her first marathon, in between running around after her two children.
Mike Klein, SCMP is a communication consultant based in Iceland, who focuses on strategic communication, research, and measurement, and is the Founder of #WeLeadComms. With more than 20 years of experience in internal communication and an additional decade in politics and public affairs, Mike has worked with large organizations in the US and Europe, including Maersk, easyJet, Barclays, Shell, Avery Dennison, Cargill and the US Department of Transportation.
